OUR DESIGN PROCESS

How We Work With You on Your Kitchen or Bath Remodel

Our Design Process

We strive to follow a true and tried process, from start to finish, to make your remodeling experience as stressfree as possible. We encourage you to be fully informed and involved with us throughout the remodel.  We welcome you to voice your wishes, ideas and concerns without hesitation so we can Customize Your DREAM One Room At A Time.

Consult

In home initial consultation is usually 1 1/2 hours. Manju reviews the space to be remodeled and offers space planning solutions. She will discuss cabinet, countertop and appliance options, take photos and  measurements. Any appointments at cabinet or countertop showrooms, hardware selection or appliances are scheduled. She stresses the  importance of using their funds wisely for their remodel and an estimated budget is determined. This helps Manju to stay within her client’s financial limits.

Design

A new Kitchen or Bath design is created and construction documents, renderings and an estimate of the project is prepared. A second appointment on site for a design review is scheduled which also includes our licensed contractor. We verify all the measurements to make sure the design fits the space and is approved by the client. We determine the scope and timeline for the remodel. A partial downpayment is collected before cabinets are ordered.

Contact us for pricing on kitchen or bath space planning and design for new construction. We coordinate CADD documents with architects, civil engineers  and contractors.

Build

Once the cabinets are ordered. It allows a few weeks for demolition. If the project requires removing or building walls, finishing floors, relocating plumbing, electricals and hvac ducts, it is all done before the cabinets arrive. Once delivered, the cabinets are inspected before installation. After the cabinets are installed, the countertop template is completed. Allow at least 2 weeks for the countertops to be installed. All Appliances and sink is reconnected by licenced contractors. Any back splash above the countertop goes in next and the kitchen is ready to be used.
